Your role:

Business Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive sustainable growth of IGTD portfolio
  • Identify high-potential accounts, market opportunities, and therapy adoption gaps
  • Drive market expansion initiatives for coronary and peripheral intervention therapies
  • Monitor market trends, competition, and customer insights to support business decisions
  • Collaborate with leadership team on forecasting, growth planning, and market penetration strategies

Product Management

  • Lead product positioning, launch execution, and lifecycle management for assigned therapies
  • Build differentiated value propositions aligned to clinical and customer needs
  • Coordinate with marketing, sales, and global teams for portfolio optimization and commercialization initiatives
  • Support pricing strategy, product adoption plans, and business analytics
  • Drive utilization and activation of installed systems and dormant accounts

Clinical Excellence

  • Act as a strong clinical partner to interventional cardiologists and cathlab teams
  • Deliver scientific and clinical education on advanced interventional therapies and technologies
  • Support complex clinical cases, therapy discussions, and evidence-based adoption
  • Promote best practices in procedural workflow, patient outcomes, and technology utilization
  • Stay updated on latest clinical evidence, global studies, and guideline-based practices

KOL Development & Training

  • Build and strengthen relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), teaching institutes, and high-volume centers
  • Lead physician education initiatives, workshops, proctorships, and therapy awareness programs
  • Develop structured training programs for customers, sales teams, and channel partners
  • Support clinical research collaborations, registries, publications, and investigator-initiated studies
  • Create centers of excellence to accelerate therapy adoption and advocacy

Sales & Stakeholder Management

  • Drive sales growth and revenue achievement across assigned geography
  • Manage key customer relationships including hospitals, procurement teams, and distributors
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including applications, service, and marketing
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term strategic partnerships

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of interventional cardiology procedures and cathlab workflow
  • Strategic thinking with strong business acumen and analytical capability
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills
  • Strong clinical aptitude and therapy development mindset
  • Ability to lead training, scientific discussions, and customer engagement programs

Preferred Competencies

  • Experience in IVUS, iFR, laser atherectomy, coronary imaging, calcium modification, or advanced intervention therapies
  • Exposure to KOL management, therapy development, and clinical program execution
  • Proven capability in strategy execution, product management, and market expansion initiatives

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or Cardiovascular Technology
  • MBA from a reputed B-School preferred

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Interventional Cardiology industry
  • Strong exposure to cathlab business, coronary intervention products, and therapy development
  • Experience in strategic business planning, product management, KOL engagement, and clinical education preferred


How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
