The Business Manager - Technical Tubing Products, is responsible for selling, developing, planning, and promoting specified Company products in a manner that will achieve optimum sales volumes and maximum market penetration to meet assigned sales objectives.
Sales & Financial Accountability
• Own overall responsibility for achieving sales targets and financial objectives for assigned product groups.
• Develop and execute the annual sales and business plan in close collaboration with the Sales Director of Americas, Technical Tubing.
• Drive profitable growth by identifying opportunities to increase sales volume, market penetration, and overall profitability.
Customer & Account Management
• Lead and coordinate all commercial activities and projects for both existing and new customers.
• Build, maintain, and expand strong customer relationships through regular engagement with key decision‑makers and stakeholders.
• Actively prepare for negotiations and independently lead and close sales agreements.
Market & Strategy Development
• Continuously assess market conditions, competitive dynamics, and evolving customer needs.
• Adapt sales strategies accordingly and recommend changes in approach, tactics, or priorities to optimize performance.
• Analyze and monitor the competitive position of assigned product groups within the market.
• Propose ideas and initiatives that contribute to product improvements and long‑term business growth.
Sales Channel & Partner Management
• Actively manage multiple sales channels, including direct sales, distributors/representatives, and OEM customers, by:
o Developing annual sales targets with distributors and key customers aligned with overall company sales and profit objectives
o Supporting customers and partners with technical and commercial information
o Participating in product presentations, sales seminars, and training sessions to strengthen product understanding and sales effectiveness
o Assisting customers and distributors in interpreting applications and specifications and supporting quotation development
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
• Support marketing initiatives for the assigned product portfolio in close alignment with internal marketing teams.
• Serve as a key liaison between customers and the Tubing Technical Team, ensuring effective communication, technical alignment, and solution development.
