
NPG of Monterey-Salinas is seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Manager to lead core financial operations, oversee key HR functions, and drive overall business performance. This role is integral to the daily operations of the #1 television station in the market, working closely with the General Manager and department heads to ensure alignment, efficiency and continued growth.
The Business Manager will serve as a critical partner across the organization, collaborating with Corporate Finance and HR teams to implement best practices, maintain compliance and support strategic initiatives. This is an opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to make a meaningful impact across multiple areas of the business.
