Votre quotidien
Le Business Developer réalise les missions suivantes :
Développement commercial :
Prospecter des nouveaux comptes stratégiques et développer son portefeuille de projets,
Identifier des opportunités de business à haute valeur ajoutée chez ses clients et prospects,
Participer à des appels d’offres complexes en collaboration avec les Responsables de Centres de Compétences et les autres parties prenantes internes,
Présenter l’ensemble du catalogue d’offres ALTEN,
S’assurer de la satisfaction clients dans une logique de fidélisation des comptes existants pour créer des partenariats durables et profitables,
Faire le lien avec l’ensemble des départements du Groupe ALTEN (direction technique, projets structurés, centres de compétences…)
Réaliser une veille constante des technologies présentes chez vos clients afin d’anticiper les besoins.
Gestion financière de son portefeuille clients :
Développer son chiffre d’affaires,
Optimiser la marge de votre périmètre.
Diplômé(e) Bac +5 d’une Grande école d’ingénieurs ou de commerce,
Vous avez une expérience réussie de 4 ans ou plus dans l’industrie, les services ou les métiers de l’IT,
Vous avez l’âme d’un(e) entrepreneur(e) et l’ambition d’évoluer rapidement vers des postes de direction,
Vous disposez d’un leadership naturel et avez une bonne capacité à créer du lien,
Vous êtes orienté(e) résultats et faites preuve de rigueur.
