Profile

• Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems or similar;
• Empathic, focused, willing to learn and to thrive in commercial area;
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good communication skills and native in Portuguese and fluency in English;
• Living in Lisbon area with availability for presential work (Lisbon - Expo) and to visit clients;

Key Responsibilities

• Market prospection, scheduling meetings, work on client´s technical needs;
• Source and attract top IT talent through various channels;
• Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and evaluate qualifications;
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and candidate pipelines;
• Management of client´s technical needs and consultant´s team;
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends;
• Proven experience as an IT Manager.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
