
This role is responsible for supporting the overall business growth and global expansion of the brand by integrating product development, brand management, marketing communication, and commercial strategy.
The position plays a critical role in ensuring that newly developed products are successfully launched and effectively positioned in the market. This includes managing product portfolios, coordinating marketing communications, developing brand assets, and supporting global sales teams with product strategies, pricing structures, and market-ready marketing tools.
Working closely with product development, marketing, sales, and international teams, this role ensures that the brand’s product offerings are aligned with market needs and that products are effectively supported through marketing communication, digital channels, and global go-to-market initiatives.
1. Global Market Expansion & Sales Support
• Support international sales teams and mass retail channel teams in expanding distribution by providing clear product strategies, marketing assets, and go-to-market support.
• Develop product launch plans and commercial toolkits that enable sales teams to successfully introduce and expand products in new markets and channels.
• Prepare and deliver brand presentations, product education materials, and Point-of-Sale (POS) tools to support customer and distributor engagement.
• Collaborate with International Sales teams and global branches to adapt product positioning, messaging, and marketing communication based on regional market needs.
• Support product pricing strategy and product lineup optimization across different markets to maximize competitiveness and sales performance.
2. Brand & Marketing Communication
• Support the development and management of brand marketing assets including product messaging, campaign concepts, and sales support materials.
• Ensure consistency of brand identity and communication across all consumer touchpoints.
• Support the development of marketing campaigns and communication strategies to strengthen brand positioning.
• Work closely with Brand eXperience team to ensure effective marketing communication.
3. Online & Digital Channel Management
• Support the growth of online business channels including DTC and key online retailers.
• Ensure that product pages, digital marketing assets, and brand messaging are optimized for online performance.
• Collaborate with online growth teams to support online sales initiatives.
4. Product Strategy & Portfolio Management
• Collaborate with product development teams to ensure that new products align with market opportunities.
• Support the development of product naming, product messaging, and product storytelling.
• Monitor product performance in international business and market trends to identify opportunities for portfolio optimization.
5. Market Intelligence & Business Insights
• Conduct ongoing market research including consumer insights, competitive analysis, and trend monitoring focusing global market.
• Support data-driven decision making by analyzing sales performance and marketing effectiveness.
• Identify new growth opportunities and provide strategic recommendations to improve brand performance.

The anticipated compensation range is
21.50 - 39.75 USD Hourly
Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
