Strategic Change, Business Risk and Client Services

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Business Management Manager.

Principal responsibilities

• Plan and execute staff or customer events. Manage end-to-end logistics including venue sourcing, supplier contracting, production, catering, accessibility, and on-the-day operations.
• Enhance customer relationship and loyalty by campaigns and events
• Provide business management support for Commercial Banking
• Support the workforce planning including headcount and expense budgeting to ensure these align with the Group’s directives
• Assist in the monitoring and driving changes on headcount resources by conducting productivity and structural review according to business needs
• Develop and recommend changes and improvements to operating models, procedures and practices
• Manage people development programs in areas such as MT program, talent development, performance management, etc. as well as snapshot follow-up

Requirements

• University degree in Business Management, Banking, Finance or a related discipline
• Proven years of experience in banking industry with good understanding of commercial banking products.
• Strong attentiveness to detail, with ability to work independently and under pressure
• Proven end-to-end project delivery capability with a track record of driving initiatives to completion and deliver positive, measurable results. Capacity to work with and present to a variety of levels
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Good knowledge of application software
• Professional qualifications such as Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) and/or Certified Banker (CB) under Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) would be an advantage.
