About the Role

As an Analyst Investment Management Towers (m/f/d) within Business Management IVM, you will support strategic, financial, and operational initiatives related to infrastructure and investment topics. You will work in a dynamic environment with high visibility at senior management and board level, contributing directly to business model development, investment decisions, and value-creation programs.

Your Responsibilities

• Support the strategic development of tower/infrastructure business units, including strategic positioning, M&A activities, and operational efficiency programs
• Manage, analyze, and further develop business plans, forecasts, and monthly financial reports
• Contribute to the evaluation of M&A opportunities, including financing structures, company valuation models, and strategic rationale
• Provide analytical insights to define financial and business targets for management teams
• Support the preparation of board and supervisory board materials, as well as executive-level presentations
• Participate in carve-out projects and structural transformation initiatives
• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, investors, and partners
• Conduct market, competitive, and industry analyses
• Translate complex data and findings into clear decision-making materials for senior leadership

Your Profile

• Completed university degree, ideally in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field
• Up to 3 years of professional experience in Corporate Finance, Strategy, M&A, Private Equity, or Management Consulting; infrastructure know-how is a strong plus
• Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills with solid knowledge of corporate finance principles
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business acumen
• Basic understanding of corporate governance and regulatory frameworks
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent English (written and spoken); German is a plus
