Our award-winning graduate programme provides the ideal springboard for an exciting and meaningful career in global financial markets. As a graduate, you will join one of our flagship trading services – London Stock Exchange, LSEG FX, Tradeweb, Turquoise – or LCH our global leading multi-asset clearing houses.
Success graduates will join LSEG’s Markets division on the rotational programme. We help customers across the trade life cycle, ensuring compliance and efficiency in clearing and reporting obligations, while granting access to diverse liquidity pools across various asset classes, fostering growth for customers, communities, and economies worldwide.
The dynamic nature of the division means grads will join a fast-paced environment where instant reaction and long-term vision are equally important.
This graduate programme brings together our Capital Markets and Post Trade businesses to offer a comprehensive suite of solutions.
As a graduate you can expect exposure/rotations across
Joining as a graduate will allow you to be an individual contributor, and assist the product lifecycle, and work as a team to develop specialist skills. To allow us to place you in the right area, during the recruitment process we will get to know your skills and interest and how they align with the needs of the business.
To be eligible you must be a graduate who has completed your studies in 2026 or a final year undergraduate or Master’s student and have completed all the requirements of your course before September 2027.
Our graduates join us on a permanent basis, and from day one you will be aligned to one team, which will allow you to develop within a secure framework.
