Business Management Analyst – Wholesale Banking Lending
As a Business Management Analyst, you will support the Business Management team in the smooth running of the Global Lending organisation. You will help turn information into insight, coordinate key management activities, and contribute to communications and initiatives that support effective decision-making and keep priorities moving forward.
Based in Dublin, this role offers broad exposure to a global organisation and is ideal for an organised, curious and proactive analyst who enjoys learning how a global business is managed, takes ownership and can balance attention to detail with the bigger picture.
The team
ING Wholesale Banking is a leading global bank with a strong European base, serving clients in 35 markets across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, the Americas and Asia Pacific. Within Wholesale Banking, Global Lending provides specialised lending, corporate finance, sustainable finance and related solutions to clients across ING’s international network.
You will join the Business Management team supporting the Global Lending organisation, working directly with senior Business Managers, the Global Head of Lending and executive assistants. In this immediate team, you will help connect strategy and execution by supporting business planning, governance, management reporting, communications and the coordination of key initiatives across the Lending domain.
You will also collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, HR, Communications, Risk, COO and Transformation, giving you broad exposure to how Global Lending operates across ING’s international network.
Roles and responsibilities
You will support the Business Management team across business performance, management support, communications and operational excellence, helping to keep priorities visible, decisions documented and activities moving forward across the Global Lending organisation.
Collect, consolidate and analyse information to support senior leadership decision-making.
Prepare management reporting, presentations, briefing materials and updates for key stakeholders.
Monitor business performance indicators and track progress against priorities, actions and decisions.
Support the preparation and follow-up of management meetings, steering committees, townhalls and offsites.
Maintain key governance documents, records and team repositories to support a well-organised operating environment.
Coordinate specific initiatives involving multiple stakeholders across Wholesale Banking, including Finance, HR, Communications, Risk, COO and Transformation teams.
Draft internal communications, organisational announcements and management updates for the Lending organisation.
Identify opportunities to improve ways of working, documentation quality and process efficiency.
