The Business Management Analyst is a strategic partner to the International Consumer Bank (ICB). You will work on the oversight of JPMC’s strategic investment in C6 Bank, a Brazilian digitally forward retail bank, and work on broader initiatives across ICB including the build out of Chase UK and our European expansion.
You will operate across businesses and functions, collaborating on strategy, orchestrating performance reporting and governance materials, and supporting senior leaders with analyses and materials. The role demands problem solving, crisp synthesis and hands-on execution in a cross-border work environment.
Job responsibilities:
Support the development, refinement, and socialization of ICB business strategy, translating priorities into clear narratives and actionable plans across stakeholders
Support regular reporting on strategy and performance to senior and other stakeholders
Be the trusted advisor to business leaders in support of strategic initiatives
Full support to the International Consumer Bank management in preparation for board meetings and business reviews
Ensure connectivity between International Consumer Bank, JPMC Brazil and corporate functions
Provide a high level of responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to strategic initiatives, presentation development, reporting, business analysis, and other projects
Build strong relationships across Lines of Business and control functions to accelerate outcomes and resolve issues
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
Fluency in professional English and Portuguese
Proven experience with management reporting, data visualization and storytelling tools (e.g., advanced PowerPoint techniques)
Experience delivering timely, high-quality presentations and reporting for various projects and stakeholders. Attention to detail is a must with continuous focus on design excellence
Able to create business reporting and analysis that is clear, concise and actionable
Exceptional written and oral communication, with strong analytical reasoning and structured problem-solving
Hands-on, detail-oriented, outcome-focused, and collaborative, with strong stakeholder management
Bachelor’s degree required and a minimum of 2 years of financial service experience
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
Exposure to corporate development, valuation concepts, and/or transaction coordination
Comfortable working across time zones with distributed teams and senior stakeholders
Working knowledge of financial statements, key consumer banking KPIs, and drivers of P&L performance
