A prestigious Tulsa firm is offering a rare opening. They are seeking an Oklahoma-licensed business attorney with transactional experience as well. This position pays well, up to $140K with full benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on various issues
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and briefs
• Assist with case management and preparation for hearings and trials
• Be able to handle a case from start to finish.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties.
• Negotiate settlements and participate in mediation or arbitration proceedings
• Attend court hearings and represent clients in litigation matters
• Provide general administrative support to the legal team

Experience:

• Business law: 3 years (Required)
• Transactional Law: 3 years (Required)
• OK State Bar
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to the state bar association
• Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures
• Ability to write clear and concise legal documents
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
