Job Description

We are working with a prestigious corporate law firm, with offices in New Jersey and New York. This firm has the capabilities of a New York full-service law firm, but offers the economic benefits of a New Jersey-based headquarters.
We are looking for an associate or mid-level attorney with experience in Complex business litigation attorney – experience with  business breakdowns, shareholder agreements, contract disputes.  Between 4-10 years of experience at a law firm in NJ. litigation experience.
The job is on-site in NJ with salaries starting around $145-$200K + DOE along with bonus and full benefits!
