We're looking for a Business Learning Specialist to join the Senior Health Solutions Service team to grow and thrive! Get ready to bring learning to life. The Business Learning Specialist plays a key role in developing confident, capable associates from onboarding through ongoing career development. In this role, you'll facilitate engaging learning experiences, support organizational change initiatives, collaborate with business partners, and help drive employee performance, engagement, and retention through impactful training programs.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

• Hourly Wage: $25.00 - $29.00, plus annual bonus opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Facilitate engaging virtual learning experiences for new hires and existing associates, creating an inclusive environment that supports participation and knowledge retention.
• Deliver training content with energy, professionalism, and credibility while adapting facilitation techniques to meet diverse learner needs and experience levels.
• Partner with leaders and subject matter experts to ensure training materials remain accurate, relevant, and aligned with business objectives.
• Evaluate learner performance, identify skill gaps, and recommend improvements to curriculum, learning resources, and delivery methods.
• Serve as a trusted consultant during business changes by helping associates successfully adopt new processes, systems, and procedures.
• Maintain training records, measure learning effectiveness, and support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the learner experience.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

• Experience supporting Medicare Supplement products, billing concepts, and related operational processes.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to confidently engage learners and lead classroom discussions.
• Proven ability to build relationships, coach others, and influence positive outcomes across varying levels of the organization.
• Strong emotional intelligence, adaptability, and judgment with the ability to navigate changing priorities and learner needs.
• Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and perspectives, and remain curious in all that you do.
• Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

PREFERRED:

• Extensive knowledge of Senior Health Solutions products, processes, workflows, and operational requirements.
• Experience designing, developing, or enhancing training programs, learning materials, or curriculum.
• Background in instructional design, talent development, organizational learning, or related fields.
• Experience supporting business change initiatives, process improvements, or operational transformations.
• Adult Learning Certification (ATD) or other instructional design, facilitation, or talent development certification.
