Your one-of-a-kind new role:

As a Travel Associates Business Leader, you will bring your proven leadership and mentoring experience combined with travel consultant experience to the role. You will be responsible for ensuring the success and growth of the business and your consultants within. You will lead a team comprised of Australia’s most respected advisors and become a part of the country’s largest network of Virtuoso agents – connecting you to the world’s best luxury travel advisors, suppliers, and industry partners. You will support your team in their efforts to deliver exclusive benefits to every single client in order to build and maintain their own repeat and referral database, generated through our luxury and local marketing avenues.

Your one-of-a-kind benefits:

  • Uncapped Earnings with a base wage + commissions - Currently annual average earnings of $110,000 OTE including super across the brand

Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG) is one of the world’s largest travel companies, employing 15,000 like-minded individuals – known as ‘Flighties’.

Our story dates to 1973, when founder Graham Turner (aka “Skroo") and friend Geoff “Spy” Lomas buy a double-decker bus and take off on their first tour around Spain, Portugal and Morrocco, 3 years later forming the first business, Top Deck.
