Lead with Purpose – Inspire Teams – Change Lives

Joblink Plus is seeking a Business Leader to lead our Workforce Australia operations across Bathurst, Lithgow, Mudgee and surrounding outreach sites.

This is an exciting leadership opportunity for an experienced people leader who is passionate about developing high-performing teams, building strong community partnerships, and creating sustainable employment outcomes for people facing barriers to work.

About the Role

  • Lead, coach and support a team of Employment Consultants across multiple locations
  • Drive a positive, inclusive and high-performance culture aligned with Joblink Plus values
  • Monitor business performance and ensure achievement of contractual and organisational outcomes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, community organisations, training providers and key stakeholders
  • Provide operational leadership, workforce planning and continuous improvement initiatives across the region
  • Support staff development through coaching, mentoring and performance management
  • Ensure quality service delivery, compliance, and adherence to program requirements

About You

  • Proven leadership experience in employment services, community services, recruitment, disability services or a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop high-performing teams
  • Strong experience managing performance and achieving results
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
  • A collaborative, values-driven leadership style with a focus on people and outcomes
  • Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple sites and service delivery locations
  • Experience within Workforce Australia or employment services is highly regarded
