About the Role:

We're looking for a Business Leader who has a knack for mentoring and inspiring the people around you. You'll bring energy, passion, and a genuine love for hospitality.

You'll be an experienced motivator with a proven track record of leading by example in large-volume, multi-faceted venues and delivering exceptional, consistent service. With functions, live entertainment, and events at the heart of what we do, you'll thrive on creating memorable experiences and bringing the venue to life.

You know how to lead a diverse team, build a strong culture, and deliver solid financial results, with a clear understanding of what drives venue performance.

What You'll Bring:

• A minimum of 2 years General Manager experience in high volume venues.

• A passion for creating memorable guest experiences and building community through hospitality.

• The ability to inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing team.

• A commercial mindset and confidence in managing budgets, labour, and P&L performance.
