We are looking for an enthusiastic leader to join our team and spearhead the restart of the Mentor Breast Implants business in India. The role will involve everything from strategic planning to execution, encompassing all aspects of managing the Mentor India franchise, including P&L management, distributor management, strategic planning, product management, marketing, professional education, customer engagement, and leading innovative projects to strengthen Mentor Breast Implants in breast augmentation and breast reconstruction surgery in India. Key responsibilities include: - Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive business vision and long-term strategy specific to the Indian market, aligning with overall company objectives while positioning the brand uniquely to capture market interest and consumer loyalty. Plan, develop, and direct all aspects of the business unit based on sales, profitability, and other goals and objectives established in conjunction with higher management. Formulate and communicate overall business objectives, policies, and strategic plans for the Business Unit. - Team Management: Lead the recruitment, training, and development of a highperforming team, fostering an inclusive and motivated work environment, conducting regular performance evaluations, and aligning individual growth with business objectives. Display Credo-based leadership, instilling a strong culture of compliance, ethics, and accountability within the team. - Market Analysis: Conduct extensive qualitative and quantitative market research to identify industry trends, consumer behaviours, and competitor strategies, employing data-driven insights to refine business strategies and enhance market entry approaches. - P&L Management: Manage the business unit’s budget, ensuring a keen focus on profitability and sustainable growth. Develop financial forecasts and closely monitor performance metrics to make informed adjustments as required. - Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and implement a robust go-to-market business model that includes digital transformation initiatives, pursuing market growth strategies tailored to Indian consumer needs, while driving customer engagement and satisfaction. - Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with surgeons, medical professionals, distributors, and other key stakeholders to foster loyalty and support strategic initiatives that promote the Mentor brand. Partner with regional teams and Johnson & Johnson MedTech global teams to develop a long-term growth roadmap for India, supported by an investment model that drives growth efficiently, effectively, and sustainably. - Operational Excellence: Oversee and streamline daily operations through process management, optimizing resource allocation to ensure effective implementation and execution of policies and plans that direct the growth of the company and achieve both long-term and short-range objectives. Create a structured reporting framework to track progress against business goals. Conduct regular evaluations and adjustments based on performance indicators and market feedback, making informed decisions to drive ongoing improvement.
