Job Description

Are you a hands-on problem solver who thrives in complexity and knows how to turn strategy into action? This roleis responsible fordriving the day-to-day business and implementation of Adult Engagementprogrammes, with a primary focus on the LEGO Certified Professionals (LCP)ProgrammeWhile LCPsdesign &build LEGOexperiences, this role will also have an emphasis in enhancing the awareness of our LCPprogrammeforbusiness partners andfuture builders

Working closely with Adult Engagement leadership, you will translate strategic direction into operational excellence, ensuringprogrammesare delivered effectively, partners are aligned, and tangible value is delivered for both fans and the LEGO Group.

Please note:This is a position based in Billund, Denmark. Our flexible working model, “Best of Both,” allows employees to work 3 days/week in-office and 2 days/week remotely. No relocation support is offered for this position.

Core Responsibilities

  • Supportend-to-end delivery of the LCPProgramme, ensuring smooth execution from intake to follow-up.

  • Develop clear, actionable plans and measurable deliverables from strategy.

  • Build andoptimizescalable processes to drive efficientprogrammeoperations.

  • Remove blockers and solve operational challenges tomaintainmomentum across projects.

  • Align diverse collaborators (Markets, Brand & Design Governance, Legal, Merlin, EntertainmentPartnerships&Content, LEGO Certified StoresLEGO Brand Retail) around priorities and execution.

  • Ensure consistent evaluation, prioritization, and delivery of opportunities.

  • Support development of new business opportunities and shape them into clear execution plans.

  • Implement key initiatives including the annual LCP Summit from planning through delivery.

  • Track performance using relevant indicators (e.g., reach, engagement, net promoter score, commercial impact) and drive continuous improvement.

  • Contribute to the wider Adult Engagement portfolio,participatingin workstreams on other initiatives than LCP when needed and ensuring alignment and connectivity acrossprogrammes

Do youhavewhat it takes?

  • Strong experience inprogrammemanagement, operations, or business management in a global, matrixed organization.

  • Proven ability to translate strategy into execution and manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.

  • Hands-on, problem-solving approach with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive progress.

  • Understanding ofexperiential / out-of-home (OOH) activations.

  • Experience building andoptimizingprocesses, workflows, and operating models.

  • Strong analytical perspective with experience tracking performance and key performance indicators.

  • Clear and structured communicator, able to align diverse collaborators.

  • Excellent partner management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • A plus:Understanding of fandom, creative communities, or experience-ledbusinesses.
