We're representing an AI-powered legal technology company that offers an augmented intelligence platform designed to enhance the efficiency of enterprise legal teams. Their innovative platform provides advanced capabilities such as document analysis, contract review, and workflow automation, enabling legal professionals to overcome traditional bottlenecks and become strategic business drivers. This high-growth company is at the forefront of the intersection between AI and legal technology, serving some of the world's largest enterprises.

What You Will Do

  • Own and drive a quota-carrying book of business, with full accountability for revenue targets.
  • Build and manage senior-level relationships across a portfolio of 20+ Fortune 500 clients, engaging regularly at the executive level.
  • Lead complex, consultative enterprise sales cycles from prospecting through close.
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to C-suite and senior legal stakeholders, articulating the value of AI-driven solutions for legal operations.
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within large enterprise accounts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure client outcomes and accelerate growth.
  • Contribute to go-to-market strategy by refining positioning, messaging, and outreach approaches for the enterprise segment.

Ideal Candidate Background

  • 8+ years of experience in management consulting with a focus on AI, Digital, or Technology practices, or in enterprise sales/GTM roles at leading AI companies.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing senior client relationships at the Fortune 500 level.
  • Experience in navigating long-cycle, complex enterprise deals with C-suite and senior executive stakeholders.
  • Highly interested in AI, with a strong familiarity with modern AI tools and technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous environments, showcasing proactivity and intellectual curiosity.

Preferred

  • Experience working with in-house legal departments or on legal technology solutions.
  • An MBA or relevant Master's degree from a top-tier university is a plus.
  • A blend of management consulting and enterprise sales experience at top AI startups.
