In this role you will create exceptional customer experiences by helping small business customers join Kiwibank with ease. You will have genuine conversations that uncover needs, build trust and ensure customers feel heard and supported from day one. You will use consultative questioning, active listening and problem solving to deliver tailored solutions that set customers up for success. As part of a collaborative and high performing team you will play a key role in strengthening the Kiwibank brand and championing our products, services and purpose.

For this role we are looking for a people centred problem solver who is confident on the phone and passionate about supporting business customers. We would love to hear from you if you have experience in the following:

• Proven ability to build trust and rapport with customers over the phone
• Confident in delivering exceptional customer experiences with empathy
• Strong questioning, listening and thinking skills to understand customer needs
• Experienced in providing tailored solutions that support customer outcomes
• Proficient in understanding general business principles and the small business environment
• Strong ability to stay calm, focused and solutions oriented in a dynamic setting
• Experienced in using systems and processes accurately to support customer interactions
