A PPL Intern/Coop is a full-time college student, temporarily employed, who is enrolled in an accredited four-year institution. This program is designed to provide practical work experience in the student’s field of study, helping participants clarify their career interests. Eligible students must be pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree and maintain full-time enrollment.
The position is based in Allentown, PA and follows a hybrid work schedule. During the spring and fall semesters, interns work part-time (approximately 20–30 hours per week). Summer schedules may be either part-time or full-time (up to 40 hours per week). The company offers flexibility in arranging the part-time work hours (8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday through Friday) to accommodate the student’s class schedule.

The intern supports the Supply Chain staff and receives a comprehensive overview of purchasing goods and services, warehouse operations, inventory management, and data analytics. Familiarity with PPL Supply Chain policies and procedures is developed through hands-on experience.
