Empower strategic risk management and drive operational excellence within USCC's In-Business Credit & Franchise Risk (IBCFR) function. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our third-party workforce, ensuring robust compliance, and delivering critical analytical capabilities.

This dynamic role demands a proactive leader who can seamlessly bridge operational oversight with strategic financial acumen. • Talent Onboarding & Integration: Collaborate closely with vendor partners and offshore teams to streamline the hiring, onboarding, and training of new personnel, ensuring full compliance with Citi's guidelines, policies, and established procedures.
  • Proactive Risk Assessment: Consistently apply sound judgment to assess and mitigate risk in all business decisions, championing the firm's reputation and protecting Citigroup, its clients, and assets. Drive compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, meticulously adhering to policy, and promptly escalating any potential concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related quantitative discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in risk management, financial services, third-party vendor management, or a related field.
  • Analytical Acumen: Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills with a proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Executive Communication: Demonstrated ability to craft and deliver compelling presentations that effectively communicate intricate analytical findings to diverse audiences, including senior leadership.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Strong track record in leading cross-functional projects, managing resources, and engaging effectively with internal audit and external regulators.
  • Project Management Expertise: Proficient in end-to-end project planning and management across various organizational levels, ensuring timely and successful delivery of initiatives.
