Business Intelligence Specialist - Supply Chain

As a Business Intelligence Specialist - Supply Chain, you will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive operational and strategic decision-making across the Supply Chain organization. You will support stakeholders across Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Production Support by designing modern analytics solutions, developing scalable data models, and delivering impactful reporting tools. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the modernization of Supply Chain reporting capabilities and to help shape a data-driven decision culture.

ROLE

Business Intelligence & Reporting
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions supporting Supply Chain activities
• Transform, cleanse, and model data from multiple source systems into scalable and reusable datasets
• Create intuitive, visually engaging, and high-performing dashboards with a strong focus on usability, user experience, and performance
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability of KPIs, calculations, and business rules

Business Partnership
• Gather business requirements and translate them into effective analytical solutions
• Support stakeholders across Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Production Support with data-driven insights
• Act as a trusted partner to business teams by helping them leverage data for operational and strategic decision-making
• Promote reporting standards, data visualization best practices, and analytical methodologies

Continuous Improvement
• Drive the optimization, redesign, and enhancement of reporting and analytics solutions
• Identify opportunities for new reporting and analytics initiatives and support their implementation
• Collaborate with data and IT teams to support data integration and reporting evolution
• Document data models, datasets, and reporting processes to ensure sustainability and knowledge sharing

PROFILE

The successful candidate combines strong Business Intelligence expertise with a genuine interest in understanding business operations. Autonomous, analytical, and solution-oriented, they are comfortable working with complex datasets, interacting with stakeholders, and translating business needs into impactful reporting and analytics solutions. They demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to balance technical excellence with business value.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Reporting, or a similar role
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Power BI, including Data Modeling, DAX, Power Query, Dashboard Design, and Performance Optimization
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Detail-oriented, quality-focused, and highly organized
• Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to challenge existing approaches and propose innovative solutions
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and international environment
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Experience with SAP data and reporting environments is a strong asset
