About the Role
Support the Business Intelligence Unit by producing timely reporting, performing analytics, maintaining dashboards and identifying operational insights across Business Support, QA and Governance functions.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Reporting Production, prepare and maintain:
Daily reports
Weekly reports
Monthly dashboards
Management reports
KPI scorecards
2. Data Analysis:
Sales Regions performance
Sales trends
Complaint trends
Quality findings
Governance exceptions
Identify root causes and recommendations.
3. Dashboard Management, maintain:
Power BI dashboards
Excel automation
Reporting databases
KPI monitoring tools
4. Operational Intelligence Support, provide insights for:
Business Support
Quality Assurance
Error trends
Complaint drivers
Quality scoring
Governance
Compliance breaches
Audit findings
Control effectiveness
5. Data Quality, ensure:
Data completeness
Data reconciliation
Report accuracy
Timely delivery
Minimum Job Requirements:
Degree in Business / Finance or equivalent
3 – 5 years of experience in insurance / banca or financial industry.
Experience working with large datasets and business reporting.
Advanced in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, Pivot Tables, Power Query, data validation and report preparation.
Proficient in Microsoft Power BI, including dashboard development, data visualization, KPI reporting and automation.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and translate insights into recommendations.
Strong team player, highly committed and accountable.
