What youll do:

• Design and implement data models that support business objectives (daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly): telesales model & in-app model
• Revenue forecasting based on the current trend and predictive tactics
• Price testing for potential markets, accessing the effects of price changes.
• Develop, maintain, and manage BI solutions including ZOHO CRM, dashboards and reports.
• Monitor and ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity across various sources (ZOHO CRM, Amplitude, Revenue, Ads Platform,)
• Automate data collection processes and improve data retrieval efficiency.
• Provide training and support to team members on BI tools (Looker/Tableau/).
• Collect requests from B2C department to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions (using SQL, Deluge or JavaScript).
• Work with technical team (Data Engineering, Front-End, Back-End,) to reach the business requirements.

What you need:

• Graduate certificate in data analysis with a strong understanding of BI tools (e.g Looker ,Tableau, Power BI,).
• Proficient in SQL and data warehousing, data module concepts.
• Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Deluge, JavaScript is a plus
