Job Title: Business intelligence & Marketing Intern - Global Travel Retail Team

We are looking for a Business Intelligence & Marketing Intern to join our Global Travel Retail. The intern will report and support the Business Intelligence & Marketing Manager across projects covering industry analysis, internal communication, marketing, and event preparation. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain strong exposure to the Travel Retail industry and to develop skills at the crossroads of strategy, marketing, and project management.

Main Responsibilities

Business Intelligence

  • Collect, analyze, and share insights on the Travel Retail industry to strengthen the team’s expertise.

  • Conduct a quarterly analysis of emerging industry trends.

  • Deliver a monthly competitive analysis for Travel Retail.

  • Support consumer studies : reflection, brief, and sharing with teams.

  • Prepare a monthly industry insights note for operational teams.

Communication

  • Prepare a monthly internal newsletter to highlight team achievements and share best practices.

  • Develop internal presentations to communicate results and expertise to Regions and Divisions.

Events

  • Take ownership of the TFWA Singapore 2026 event: brief, planning and budget follow-up, contribution to organization.

  • Assist in the preparation of TFWA Cannes 2026, the most important event in the industry.

  • Contribute to the development and execution of other ad-hoc events.

Marketing

  • Provide support in preparing ad-hoc presentations for strategic initiatives.

Profile

  • Master’s student (Business, Marketing, Strategy, or related field).

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

  • Fluent English is mandatory (daily work in an international environment); French is the working language.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).

  • Curious, enthusiastic, and proactive, with a strong willingness to learn.

  • Autonomous and well-organized, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Creative mindset, eager to bring fresh ideas and contribute to innovative initiatives.

  • Strong team spirit with the ability to collaborate in a dynamic international environment.

Job Conditions:


An internship agreement is mandatory for this position and must meet the following conditions:

  • The internship must be part of your study program.

  • The internship must be required for the completion of your degree.

  • The internship must be validated by the award of academic credits.

Job Information:

  • Contract: Full-time internship (100%) and in-person

  • Start date: July 1, 2026

  • Duration: 6 months

  • Working days: 5 days a week, Monday to Friday

  • Location: Geneva
