Overview:
The Business Intelligence (BI) Manager is responsible for transforming company data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. This role oversees the development of dashboards, reporting infrastructure, and data analytics that empower leadership, sales, operations, and finance teams to make data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of business intelligence dashboards and reporting tools.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, performance drivers, and opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Finance, Marketing) to define key metrics and reporting needs.
- Build and maintain scalable data models and automated reporting systems.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across internal reporting systems.
- Translate complex data findings into clear insights and recommendations for leadership.
- Manage BI tools and platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Salesforce reporting, SQL databases).
- Lead and mentor BI analysts or data team members as the team grows.
- Support forecasting, performance tracking, and strategic planning initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational processes through data analysis and automation.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or related roles.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with BI visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
- Experience working with CRM systems and operational data sources (e.g., Salesforce).
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing analysts or leading cross-functional analytics initiatives preferred.
