Job Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Business Intelligence Developerslocatedin Poland.

• Manage team capacity, priorities, and delivery of BI initiatives and operational support activities.

• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of reporting, dashboarding, and analytics solutions.

• Partner with business stakeholders and technology teams to translate requirements into scalable data solutions.

• Establish and promote BI development standards, data governance practices, and quality assurance processes.

• Drive continuous improvement through process optimization, automation, and adoption of emerging analytics technologies.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.

• 5+ years of experience delivering Business Intelligence, analytics, or reporting solutions.

• 2+ yearsof peopleleadership experience managing technical teams.

• Experience working with modern BI platforms such as Tableau, Power BI,Looker,Sigma, or similar reporting technologies.

• Experience with SQL and data warehouse environments.

• Experience partnering with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver analytics solutions.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing distributed or global teams.

• Experience working within Agile or Scrum delivery models.

• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks,dbt, or modern cloud data platforms.

• Familiarity with data governance practices and metadata management solutions.

• Experience leading BI platform migrations or modernization initiatives.

• ExperienceleveragingAI-powered analytics and development tools.

• Experience supporting enterprise-scale analytics environments.
