As a Senior Associate – Business Intelligence (Data Analytics & AI) within Securities Services Operations, you will spend each day defining, refining, and delivering scalable analytics and AI-powered solutions that drive operational excellence, improve decision-making, and enhance stakeholder experiences.

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive the delivery and adoption of conversational analytics solutions that enable self-service, data-driven decision-making.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to translate operational challenges into measurable analytical use cases and outcomes.
  • Build and scale AI-enabled analytics capabilities that transform business questions into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Develop reusable frameworks for conversational analytics, semantic metrics, knowledge management, and insight generation.
  • Design and implement integrations with enterprise AI and analytics platforms using APIs and modern technology solutions.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, operational scorecards, and analytical solutions using Tableau and related business intelligence tools.
  • Develop and optimize data preparation, transformation, and quality-control workflows using Alteryx and modern data platforms.
  • Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Data Engineering teams to deliver scalable and governed analytics solutions.
  • Define, monitor, and improve key performance indicators, adoption metrics, and business impact measurements.
  • Communicate insights and recommendations through compelling data storytelling and executive-ready presentations.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, responsible AI, and operational risk management standards.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
  • 8+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, decision intelligence, or operations analytics.
  • Advanced experience developing dashboards, scorecards, and reporting solutions using Tableau.
  • Strong experience building and managing analytics workflows using Alteryx.
  • Hands-on experience working with Databricks, including SQL-based analytics and modern data platform concepts.
  • Proven experience integrating applications and platforms through APIs, including AI and machine learning-enabled solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, semantic metrics, and data quality management practices.
  • Experience working with large and complex datasets to generate business insights and recommendations.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decisions across multiple business functions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presenting insights to senior leadership.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

  • Master's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience with conversational analytics and AI-enabled business intelligence platforms.
  • Knowledge of large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation techniques.
  • Experience using Python for analytics, automation, and API integrations.
  • Understanding of Securities Services Operations, including custody, settlements, corporate actions, reconciliations, or client servicing.
  • Experience measuring solution adoption, business outcomes, and operational performance improvements.
  • Familiarity with responsible AI, data governance, privacy, and model risk management practices.
