Business Intelligence Assistant Manager

Site: One Tower

Modality: B&M

 Mon to Fri at 9:00 to 19:00 hrs.

  • Privacy and compliance management processes, and working with key business and leadership stakeholders to facilitate said responsibilities. It also includes actively participating in resolving any privacy incidents that may occur and serving and a privacy specialist.

Education and specific training

-Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or similar. Master’s Degree a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interface with external clients.

  • Interface with internal clients.

  • Generate business proposalof BI services.

  • Develop tools and processes to Improve/Optimize workflows.

  • Comply with KPIS of Data Strategy Team

  • Comply with Data Governance & QA standards established for deploying automated process

  • Provide experience in the subject for the key functions of Business Intelligence & MS SQL Querying

  • Support with extended and complex escalations of clients and sites.

  • Advise Operations and Information Teams on the way in which BI plays a fundamental role in improving management and commercial optimization.

  • Investigate, implement, and promote best practices throughout the region.

  • Exercise appropriate and proactive communication with Workforce Management.

  • Align BI technologies with strategic initiatives.

  • Design and deliver end-user training and training materials.

  • Internal talent development.

  • Maintain communication with the Regional Reporting & Data Strategy team by participating in the Weekly & Monthly Touch Bases

  • Represent BI & Data Strategy/Reporting as an Ambassador in Chief Executive forums.

  • Participate in TP Report Projects & Implementations

  • Creation, modification or improvement of SOPs, WINs and guides for the Region.

Work Experience.

-24 Month Call Center experience.

-12 Month Experience as a Coordinator or Manager preferably in an IT Branch.

Technical Skills

  • Advance SQL (Procedures, T-SQL, functions, grouping by sets, variables, etc.)

  • Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio

  • Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)

  • Microsoft Power BI

  • Visual Basic and Macros desired.

  • Python for data analysis and basic web development (Sklearn, Pandas, Flask)

  • REST API Knowledge

  • Knowledge of basic language oriented to objects preferred.

  • Database knowledge.

  • Lean Six Sigma Methodology
