Job Description

  • Execute advanced descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics using smart data exploration methodologies to provide deep business insights.

  • Manage and visualize context-rich information via executive, commercial, financial, and sales strategic dashboards.

  • Implement Machine Learning, AI, and Advanced Data Science models to resolve complex business problems and forecast consumer behaviors.

  • Monitor core commercial metrics and proactively raise business alarms with quantified impact analysis regarding potential issues or revenue leaks.

  • Build a comprehensive Customer 360 view by identifying triggers for churn/inactivity, analyzing social network influences, and determining customer lifetime value.

  • Collaborate continuously with cross-functional commercial units (Product, Pricing, CVM, Sales, and Finance) to align data insights with profitable actions.

  • Coordinate with data engineering and IT infrastructure teams to manage big data platform demands and ensure rapid, accurate data extraction.

  • Connect diverse business domains with complex underlying logic to create advanced analytics packs for senior management and local customers.

  • Guide, mentor, and provide inspiring leadership to team members for setting operational performance goals and career succession planning.

  • Bridge the gap between technical departments and commercial management, translating complex technical logic into clear business storytelling.

  • Liaise with external regulatory bodies (BTRC) and vendors (Ericsson, Tableau, MicroStrategy) to support operational data accuracy and inspect requirements.

Academic Qualification

  • Bachelors/master’s in computer science / Applied Statistics / Finance / Marketing, or BBA in MIS or a relevant field. An MBA will be considered an added advantage.

Job Experience Required

  • 6–8 years of experience, including 4 years in the telecommunications field.

Required Capabilities

  • Advanced understanding of statistical modeling, data mining architectures, and predictive framework deployment.

  • Deep technical proficiency in data extraction and querying across relational, NoSQL, and Big Data platforms (Oracle, SQL Server, PL/SQL).

  • Exceptional skills in BI and OLAP visualization systems, specifically creating dashboards using Tableau and MicroStrategy.

  • Hands-on familiarity with data science programming tools and scripting languages such as R or Python.

  • Masterful grasp of advanced Microsoft Excel modeling and executive-grade presentation skills using PowerPoint.

  • Strong telecommunication industry insight, understanding of CVM campaigns, subscriber life cycle dynamics, and BTRC regulations.
