Job Description

  • Deliver descriptive, diagnostic, and prescriptive analytics through compelling business storytelling to support strategic decision-making.

  • Design and implement dynamic dashboards and visualizations that provide actionable insights to key stakeholders.

  • Analyze business performance across Product, Sales, Regional Performance, and Subscriber Life Cycle, collaborating with stakeholders to drive execution based on insights.

  • Empower stakeholders with data-driven business insights to enable effective decision-making.

  • Act as the subject-matter expert in using data to measure and evaluate business performance across different market scenarios and lines of business.

  • Establish and ensure proactive monitoring of business KPIs, product performance, and customer feedback.

  • Identify growth opportunities and align insights with Sales, Distribution, Product, Pricing, and CVM initiatives.

  • Demonstrate strong stakeholder and delivery management skills to effectively manage cross-functional teams and external partners in driving growth strategy and roadmap development.

Academic Qualification

  • Graduation in Computer Science/Applied Statistics/Business. MBA is an added advantage.

Job Experience Required

  • 5+ years of experience including 3 years in a relevant field

Required Capabilities

  • Demonstrate strong analytical and storytelling skills with the ability to uncover relevant stories by connecting 360 perspectives.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, with the capability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple manner.

  • Ability to engage with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transition from insight to execution.

  • A growth and innovative mindset, with strong creative thinking and a proactive sense of ownership.

  • Strong knowledge of the telecom industry value chain (Product, Pricing, Subscriber Life Cycle, Sales Process, and Digital Products) with the ability to generate actionable insights by connecting the dots.

  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (MicroStrategy, Tableau, Power BI), RDBMS technologies, MS Excel, PowerPoint, R/Python, and SQL.
