Summer 2027 Internship

Duration: Monday, May 17th- August 20th, 2027

Location: Austin, TX

Under close supervision, responsible for applying basic analytical principles and assisting in data collection and reporting for Service and Sales Support operations. The Business Intelligence Analyst Intern supports the development of data analysis products (e.g., reports, workflows, applications) and provides foundational insights to support decision-making.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with other teams to understand data needs.
  • Participate in data validation and integrity checks.
  • Participate in regular user group meetings for knowledge sharing.
  • Support creation of basic reports and dashboards under guidance.
  • Support monitoring and maintenance of products (reports, applications, workflows, etc.).
  • Support timely decision-making through accurate reporting and foundational data prep that enables smooth operations in Sales and Service.
  • Identify, understand, and/or assess source data, data processes and workflows.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Fundamental understanding of data structures and reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
  • Basic knowledge data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel, Power Pivot).

Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certification, & Licensure)

  • Pursuing Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
  • No experience necessary. Previous internships or relevant academic projects preferred but is not required
