Job Description


AI Talent
is
looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst
to join a Govt customer to
to develop, maintain & support reporting and business intelligence (BI) capability using Qlick platform.


  • Analysing
    product, market, and share trends.

  • Translating business needs into technical specifications.

  • Developing reporting systems that provide accessible information for decision making.

  • Using warehouse data to generate reports to support business decision making and business performance monitoring.

  • Maintaining data analytics platforms.

  • Evaluating and improving existing BI systems.

  • Conducting troubleshooting on BI models.

  • Generating and delivering quality reports to customers and performing quality assurance checks on reports.


Requirements


Educational Qualification:


Tertiary degree
in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field
or other equivalent degrees/certifications.


Skills Required:


  • Experience
    generating
    data insights using
    BI tools, specifically QlickSense and QlickView

  • Background in data warehouse design (e.g. dimensional modeling) and data mining.

  • In-depth understanding of database management systems, online analytical processing (OLAP), and Extract,
    Transform,
    Load framework (ETL).

  • Knowledge of SQL queries

  • Experience with SSRS, SSIS and SSAS

  • Prior experience in managing IT Projects

  • Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders

  • Proven
    business acumen and problem-solving aptitude

  • Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative
