Judit Inc. is hiring on behalf of one of our largest clients — a global technology leader in consumer electronics, semiconductors, and mobile communications. This is a temporary, contract position: you'll be employed by Judit Inc. and work directly alongside our client's team.

What you'll do

You'll design, build, and maintain business intelligence (BI) solutions — dashboards, reports, and analyses — that help leaders make strategic decisions. You'll work with stakeholders across departments to understand their data needs, keep data accurate, standardize reporting, and find ways to improve efficiency and performance. This role requires Korean–English bilingual skills.

• Turn data into dashboards, reports, and presentations for different levels of management using SQL, Power BI, and Tableau
• Gather and organize data from internal and external databases
• Optimize existing BI solutions for performance and scalability
• Monitor KPIs and other key business metrics to track progress and spot areas for improvement
• Analyze the company's current performance, market trends, and industry benchmarks
• Provide input for strategic planning and decision-making
• Recommend business opportunities and cost-saving measures
• Keep departments coordinated and aligned through strong working relationships and open communication
• Use data analytics and process optimization to find where business operations can improve
• Propose and implement tools and systems that boost productivity and streamline reporting
• Train and support end users on BI tools and data interpretation

What you'll bring

• 2+ years of experience in business analysis, data modeling/analysis, or a similar role
• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• Korean–English bilingual skills
• Proficiency in data analysis and dashboard tools such as Power BI, SQL, Tableau, and Excel
• Data modeling and process improvement skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with clear communication and presentation abilities
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strategic thinking, collaboration, a results-oriented approach, and adaptability to change

Nice to have

• Familiarity with statistical testing, modeling, forecasting, and project management principles
• Knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP
