We are looking for a talented and motivated BI Specialist to join our team and help drive our business forward through data-driven insights and solutions.

Key Accountabilities:

• New Developments & BI Process Management:
  • Participate in new BI developments and manage the entire BI development process from needs approval to report creation using AGILE methodology.
  • Support the writing of business needs specifications and functional requests.
• Testing & Implementation:
  • Define and conduct testing, implement solutions, and provide end-user support.
  • Ensure continuous improvement of existing BI solutions.
• Training & Support:
  • Provide training and support to all users across Europe.
  • Ensure effective monitoring of BI technological advancements.
• Business Needs Anticipation:
  • Anticipate business needs to ensure proactive BI solutions.

Profile:

• Experience:
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in Business Intelligence, excluding internships or apprenticeships.
• Education:
  • Master’s degree or engineering school degree, ideally in Business Intelligence.
• Skills:
  • Fluent in English.
  • Demonstrates curiosity, pedagogical skills, rigor, structured and analytical mindset, and ability to work in a team.

Technical Skills:

• Advanced SQL skills.
• Significant experience in ETL (SAP Data Services is a plus).
• Good experience with Business Objects (4.x).
• Basic knowledge of SQL Server (Database, SSAS).
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (DigDash).
• Experience or knowledge of AGILE methodology is a plus
