Role Overview:

We are seeking a
Business
Intelligence Analyst IV / Technical Data Analyst
with strong SQL and
analytical skills to act as a bridge between business stakeholders and
development teams. This role focuses on translating complex business
requirements into clear technical specifications while ensuring data accuracy,
validation, and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Gather, analyze, and translate
  business
  requirements into technical specifications
• 
  Act as a liaison between
  business
  stakeholders and development teams
• 
  Write and analyze
  SQL queries
  to validate data and support business needs
• 
  Perform
  data validation, QA, and
  reconciliation
  to ensure data integrity
• 
  Collaborate with developers to ensure
  accurate implementation of requirements
• 
  Work with
  ETL processes and data
  pipelines
  to support reporting needs
• 
  Utilize
  BI/reporting tools
  to
  support insights and decision-making
• 
  Maintain and manage
  version
  control using Git
• 
  Participate in requirement
  discussions where stakeholders may express needs in
  SQL or technical
  terms
• 
  Support testing, troubleshooting, and
  issue resolution

Required Skills:

• 
  4+ years of strong
  SQL experience
  (must-have)
• 
  Experience in
  data analysis,
  business analysis, or BI roles
• 
  Strong understanding of
  ETL
  processes and data validation
• 
  Experience with
  BI/reporting tools
  (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.)
• 
  Hands-on experience with
  Git/version
  control
• 
  Strong analytical and problem-solving
  skills
• 
  Excellent communication and
  stakeholder management skills
