Job Description:
The Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining advanced business intelligence solutions to support data-driven decision-making, operational monitoring, compliance reporting, and performance measurement. The role involves creating complex Power BI dashboards, scorecards, visualizations, and data models using DAX, Power Query, SQL, and Azure-based data platforms. The analyst will work closely with business stakeholders, data architects, and data engineers to gather reporting requirements, develop ETL processes, manage data pipelines, and ensure data quality and consistency. Responsibilities also include analyzing large and complex datasets, identifying trends and insights, implementing security and governance controls, optimizing report performance, delivering executive-level presentations, providing user training and support, and leveraging AI-assisted analytics capabilities to enhance data exploration and business intelligence outcomes. The position requires strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills to translate business needs into effective reporting and analytics solutions.
