Position

Are you passionate about turning complex data into meaningful business insights? Snap Finance is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst III to support strategic decision-making by delivering high-quality reporting, dashboards, and analytics that help drive business performance.

In this role, you'll partner with leaders across the organization to understand business challenges, define meaningful metrics, and transform data into actionable insights. You'll leverage advanced SQL, Tableau, Python, and analytical best practices to develop scalable reporting solutions that enable smarter decisions across the business.

How you’ll make an impact:

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide actionable business insights.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and translate business questions into analytical solutions.
• Perform complex data analysis using SQL to identify trends, opportunities, and business performance drivers.
• Build and maintain reliable datasets and reporting solutions using Tableau and other BI tools.
• Develop reusable reporting assets and improve reporting automation through SQL and Python.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports and dashboards.
• Create executive-level reporting and presentations that communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Product, and Analytics teams to improve data availability and reporting capabilities.
• Recommend process improvements and opportunities to leverage automation and AI to increase reporting efficiency.
• Support ad hoc analyses and strategic initiatives across multiple business functions.
• Promote best practices in data visualization, documentation, and business intelligence.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or a related data-focused role.
• Advanced SQL skills with experience writing and optimizing complex queries.
• Experience developing dashboards using Tableau or similar BI platforms.
• Experience using Python for data analysis, automation, or reporting workflows.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize large datasets into meaningful business recommendations.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver reporting solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data quality and accuracy.
