The Business Intelligence Analyst II is responsible for coordinating a team to analyze information requests, propose, develop, and implement automated solutions using Microsoft SQL and Power BI for efficient information delivery. This role includes maintaining current reports and information globally for dedicated clients, ensuring compliance with Standard Operation Procedures established by the Business Intelligence Department. The Business Intelligence Coordinator must possess advanced technical expertise, a deep understanding of business processes, and strong leadership skills to manage the team effectively and achieve departmental objectives. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
• Coordinate a team to analyze and interpret information requests to achieve departmental
objectives.
• Propose, develop, and implement automated solutions using Microsoft SQL and Power BI.
• Provide technical expertise and advanced knowledge in business intelligence.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and address their needs.
• Maintain regular communication and deliver consistent updates to clients regarding progress
and results.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for resolving escalations and providing advanced solutions.
• Manage and identify potential risks in client requirements, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Act as a strategic consultant for the Business Intelligence Department and internal/external
clients.
• Translate business requirements into specifications for data warehouse and data mart design
and configuration.
• Facilitate the discovery process and generate technical documents.
• Provide support in functionality proposals and best practices.
• Create data models and analyze requirements.
• Coordinate maintenance and updates of BI tools, databases, dashboards, and processes.
• Build data visualizations that add value to the end user.
• Manage and track tasks according to methodology and institutional platforms.
• Perform duties with moderate to low supervision.
• Collaborate with various department managers and executive teams to build live, daily, weekly
reports and dashboards as per their specific needs.
• Ensure compliance with Standard Operation Procedures of the Business Intelligence
Department.
Education and Specific Training.
-Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related field
Work Experience.
• 24 Month Call Center experience
• 12 Month Experience as a Coordinator or Manager preferably in an IT Branch.
Preferred: Experience in coordinating and leading other teams.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in a BI position.
• English Proficiency for effective communication (At least B1).
Technical Skills
• General Business Intelligence knowledge.
• Mastery of Power BI platform administration.
• Data Engineering with Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of DAX (Data Analysis Expressions).

• Proficiency in MS SQL Server: database management, tables, indexes, stored procedures, functions,
and efficient queries.
• Teamwork with project management and Scrum methodology.
• Knowledge of data transformation with SQL and SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services).
• Ability to write and manage scripts using C#.
