An eCommerce Business Intelligence Analyst owns the design and delivery of data visualizations that translate complex eCommerce data into clear business insights for stakeholders.This role is a key partner for Sales and cross-functional teams and is expected to proactively provide innovative Business Intelligence products that support the eCommerce Team’s business objectives and operating plan.

  • Surface and lead adoption of innovative solutions that provide Nestle Purina a competitive advantage, further digital transformation, and support Connected Commerce.
  • Contribute to creation and activation of Business Intelligence roadmap to support generating demand plan and drive measurable efficiencies across team
  • Partner with Customer teams to design enhanced reporting content that drives new insights and improved decision-making

  • Identify trends and exceptions in eCommerce data and translate them into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
  • Own the translation of business requirements and extract technical needs to deliver optimal reporting and analytics solutions.
  • Lead connection with third party sales data providers to ensure streamlined and efficient data acquisition.
  • Lead for IT support in maintaining current tools and development of new capabilities
  • Deploy solutions by coaching and embedding technology throughout the team
  • Attend industry conferences to identify and build new category and technical capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of
  • 1+ years of experience in digital category development, business analytics or marketing
  • 1+ years of experience in Microsoft self-service platform (Power Bi, Power Automate, Power Apps, Databricks), SAP, and Business Objects

Other

  • SQL Experience preferred

The approximate pay range for this position is $70,000 to $92,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including, but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
