Responsible for leading the development and launch of new and enhanced credit card products and experiences. Key areas of focus include market opportunity assessments, business case development, product design, cross-functional execution, launch readiness, and post-launch performance optimization. Requires strong product management, financial analysis, stakeholder leadership, and member experience expertise, with a deep understanding of credit card economics and portfolio growth strategies.

  • Identify member needs and competitive gaps within the broader credit card industry landscape
  • Analyze industry trends, benchmark performance gaps, and translate findings into actionable insights that support business objectives
  • Develop business cases in support of product roadmap initiatives
  • Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners
  • Prepare executive presentations, business updates and recommendations for senior leadership
  • Develop launch plans, timelines and support governance process
  • Manage project dependencies, risks and issue resolution
  • 2-5 years of experience in product strategy and/or data analysis
  • Foundational understanding of lending principles, credit card products, and the broader card industry environment
  • Proficiency with business intelligence applications, data visualization tools, and cloud-based analytics services
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and portfolio analysis
  • Ability to apply statistical analysis, forecasting, and analytical frameworks to inform business decisions
  • Working knowledge of various data structures and the ability to manipulate data within visualization tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field

Desired Qualifications

  • MBA or relevant certification, such as Certified Product Manager (CPM), SAFe Product Manager/Product Owner, or PMP
  • Strong knowledge of credit card products, rewards programs, pricing strategies, and customer value propositions
  • Experience building business cases, gap analysis, financial forecasts and ROI analyses.
  • Proficiency with data science and business intelligence tools including SQL, Python, Tableau, and Power BI
  • Ability to translate business requirements into user stories and prioritize product backlogs.
  • Experience leading large scale initiatives including managing dependencies, risks and issue resolution across multiple workstreams
