Business Intelligence Analyst
On our team, you’ll build and maintain actionable and automated Tableau dashboards, alerts, data models, data queries, and other data solutions for internal and client-facing business leaders. We partner with teams across the organization on initiatives that drive strategy, improve enterprise reporting capabilities, and accelerate our adoption of modern data and AI technologies. Our solutions evolve continuously to meet emerging business priorities, with growing emphasis on AI-assisted development, Databricks-based data engineering, and scalable analytics platforms.
This is a highly visible technical lead role. You will set the technical direction for enterprise data products, guide the day-to-day work of analysts and engineers, and partner with senior leaders on decisions related to contracts, staffing, risk mitigation, and more. You will remain hands-on with a focus on designing models, building in Databricks, and owning complex delivery, while coaching others and raising the quality bar across the team. You’ll have an opportunity to make a measurable and meaningful impact on the success of our company by building innovative, AI-enabled data solutions that leaders rely on daily.
In this role, you will develop partnerships with business leaders to understand, document, prioritize, and solve company-wide reporting requirements. Equipped with communication, technical leadership, project management, data modeling, and data visualization expertise, you will collaborate with and guide data scientists and data engineers to transform disparate data sources into meaningful insights. You will set standards for how we use Databricks and other advanced analytics tools to refine pipelines, automate workflows, and enhance the performance and reliability of enterprise data products. You’ll also own existing dashboards and reporting assets and will be updating, troubleshooting, and enhancing them as business needs evolve.
