The role sits as part of the Data Evidence and Performance (DEP) team is part of the Chief Operating Officer function which includes the central oversight and leadership for corporate planning, performance management, evaluation and reporting, the management of strategic risk and of investment, internal audit, shared services, marketing, digital and technology.

The role operates in a complex global organisation with multiple data sources, varying maturity and high external accountability
The Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst (corporate performance) plays a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making across the organisation. The role is responsible for delivering high-quality performance analysis, reporting and insight that supports enterprise decision-making, accountability and delivery of Strategy 2030.
Working within the central Data Evidence and Performance (DEP) Hub, the role leads on corporate-level performance reporting, including KPIs, dashboards, management information (MI) and analysis for the Senior Leadership Team, Trustees and FCDO. The role ensures that performance insight is timely, accurate, consistent and trusted, drawing on enterprise data standards and governance.
The role plays a key part in embedding a performance-led culture, translating complex organisational data into clear, actionable insight that enables leaders to understand progress, risks and opportunities.
