The Business Intelligence Analyst works closely with the Director of Data & Analytics to develop content and to analyze and interpret the firm’s financial and operational data, delivering insight that firm leadership, practice groups, and partners rely on to make decisions. The Analyst builds and maintains the semantic models, dashboards, and reports at the center of the firm’s reporting, working on a modern and evolving Microsoft analytics platform (Power BI and Microsoft Fabric). The role combines strong analytical and technical capabilities with excellent communication skills and sound judgment, using AI-assisted tools responsibly to improve the quality, efficiency, and scalability of analytics work.

This is a remote role and the salary ranges for this position vary depending on the geographic location and other factors such as experience, internal equity, market data, and job-related considerations. The range for this position is from $110,00 - $140,000, with offers contingent upon the various factors. The firm’s compensation strategy includes not just a base salary but also comprehensive benefits such as healthcare, paid time off, discretionary merit bonuses, life and disability insurance, retirement plans and tailored learning opportunities.
