Business Intelligence Analyst

Digital Realty is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to deliver high-impact insights through data.
This role focuses on collecting, preparing, and analysing data from multiple sources to produce clear reports, dashboards, and visualisations that support business decisions. It applies data modelling and predictive analytics to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and drive performance.
The Analyst partners closely with stakeholders across the organisation, translating requirements into actionable insights. Strong organisation, prioritisation, and collaboration skills are essential, along with a customer-focused approach and professional judgement.
Experience and Qualifications:
The Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for gathering and preparing data from various sources, ensuring its accuracy and relevance for analysis. They analyse patterns and trends to produce meaningful reports and visualizations that support operational and strategic objectives. The role involves applying data modelling and predictive analytics to forecast business outcomes and optimize effectiveness.

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field - 2-4 Years experience in business intelligence or data analysis - Proficiency in data visualization and analysis software - Strong object-oriented programming and data engineering skills - Excellent organizational and communication abilities
