As a Guru you will be accountable for:

• Working with large and complex data sets to measure and analyse the performance of sales teams, providing insights to drive business decisions.

• Designing and developing reports and performance measurement dashboards, leveraging cloud-based tools and Salesforce CRM to streamline and automate report production.

• Collaborating with sales and product teams to deep dive into core business issues, using quantitative data to drive sales and business KPIs.

• Providing analytical support on issues impacting business and operations performance, tailored to business needs and stakeholder requirements.

• Using data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, providing actionable insights to support strategic initiatives.

• Identifying opportunities to improve data collection, analysis processes, and reporting systems for enhanced efficiency and accuracy.

We're looking for someone who:

• Demonstrates proficiency in working with large, complex data sets and a strong ability to analyse data to drive business decisions.

• Possesses technical skills in using cloud-based tools and Salesforce CRM for report development and automation.

• Exhibits strong analytical skills with the ability to deep dive into data and uncover actionable insights.

• Shows a collaborative approach, working effectively with cross-functional teams to address core business issues.

• Pays meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in data analysis and reporting.

• Adapts to changing business needs and stakeholder requirements, providing timely and relevant analytical support.

• Possesses a proactive problem-solving mindset, capable of identifying and addressing business challenges through data-driven solutions.
