You'll love this role if you're naturally curious and enjoy figuring out why something is happening, not just reporting that it happened.

One day you might be helping a leader understand why a customer process has slowed down. The next, you could be building a dashboard that gives a team visibility they've never had before. Sometimes you'll be digging through data to answer a question nobody has been able to solve yet.

It's the kind of role where people will come to you with questions, but part of the fun is uncovering the questions they didn't know to ask.

You'll be supported by experienced analysts and work closely with leaders across the business, giving you exposure to both the technical side of analytics and the commercial decisions that sit behind it.

This role is based at our Sunshine Coast HQ in Sippy Downs. We work together in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, so we're looking for someone who already lives locally or is genuinely planning to make the Sunshine Coast home.

What you’ll be doing

• Developing end-to-end reporting solutions, from gathering requirements through to delivering insights
• Extracting, transforming and validating data (SQL/dbt) to create reliable, fit-for-purpose datasets
• Building and maintaining dashboards and reports Translating data into clear, actionable insights to support business performance and decision making
• Collaborating with stakeholders and supporting team members to continuously improve analytics outputs

• A genuine interest in data and curiosity to learn how it can drive business decisions
• SQL capability with experience working across complex datasets
• Experience with data visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI or similar) and an eye for great dashboard design
• Experience with Data, IT, Mathematics or a related field (preferred)
• A collaborative, proactive working style with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Curious mindset with strong attention to detail and a desire to learn, improve and take ownership
