Job Title:

Business Intelligence AnalystThe responsibility of the BI Analyst is turn sales data into revenue‑impacting insight that improves pipeline health, conversion, forecasting accuracy, pricing, and account growth. This role is decision‑support, not just reporting

Duties and Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain sales performance dashboards (pipeline, bookings, revenue, churn)
• Analyze sales funnel metrics and identify conversion bottlenecks
• Partner with Sales Ops to improve forecast accuracy and pipeline rigor
• Conduct account‑level and territory‑level analyses to support growth strategies
• Deliver regular sales insights for MBRs/QBRs
• Support pricing, discount, and margin analysis
• Work cross‑functionally with: Sales, Finance, Marketing & RevOps
• Ensure data accuracy across CRM and BI systems

Hiring Requirements

• Analytical & Technical

· Advanced SQL

· BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)

· Strong Excel / Power Query

· CRM data (Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot)

· Data modeling & KPI definition

• Business & Sales Acumen (Critical)

· Understanding of:

o B2B sales cycles

o Enterprise vs SMB sales models

o Quotas, territories, pipeline stages

• Ability to challenge sales assumptions with data

Soft Skills

• Ability to communicate with senior sales leaders
• Strong storytelling skills
• Practical, action-oriented mindset
• Comfortable influencing without authorit
